Aside from specialising in Glutes specifically, we focus on the entire body, with our bespoke classes aimed at all fitness levels. Each class is a unique experience, ensuring you never tire of the same old routine, all while being tailored to help you achieve the best results. Beginners or advanced members will all find they can get some incredible training and results.

Our hour-long circuit-style classes are designed to be very personalised. We focus on helping women to not only become Stronger & Fitter, but to also learn how to properly weight train. From Deadlifts to Squats, our expert coaches prioritise safety and form, ensuring that our clients not only reach their goals but also build a foundation for proper weight training.
